I am excited to share with you the process of creating the Legion Susie mask for my Dead by Daylight cosplay! After researching and gathering references, we started the 3D printing process. The first step was printing the mask and weapon in parts. We printed the parts separately to ensure that each part was printed with precision and accuracy.

After the parts were printed, we sanded them down to create a smooth surface. We then used a special glue to put the pieces together. We made sure that the glue was strong enough to hold the parts together, but also flexible to allow for movement when wearing the mask.

Once the mask was assembled, we painted it with colored paint to give it the signature look of the Legion Susie mask. We also added some weathering to make it look more realistic and worn.

When the mask was completed, I was thrilled to try it on. I was worried it wouldn't fit properly, but it fit like a glove! I couldn't wait to wear it for my cosplay photoshoot.

Speaking of which, the photoshoot was a blast! I got to fully embody the character of Legion Susie and bring her to life. The mask was a crucial part of the cosplay and it definitely added to the authenticity of the character.

Overall, creating the Legion Susie mask for my Dead by Daylight cosplay was an amazing experience. It was a lot of work, but the end result was worth it. I can't wait to wear it again at future events and bring the character of Legion Susie to life once more!

Stay tuned for my next Dead by Daylight cosplay project. I'm already brainstorming and can't wait to share it with you all!

Ending 2020 with my 4th cosplay: Susie. Enjoy!
